Before You Begin

To help your application move smoothly, please have the following information ready:

  • A valid resale certificate is required in all states except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon
  • A federal tax ID or business license if located in one of the states listed above
  • Company contact, billing, and payment details
  • A commercial billing and shipping address

Each application is reviewed individually to ensure the business meets BDI’s Trade Program requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. I/We do understand that the terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice and that shipments will not be made on accounts past due. Interest will be charged on all past-due accounts at the periodic rate of 1.5% per month.
