CHANTILLY, VA — Oct. 11, 2021 — BDI, a premiere furniture designer and manufacturer, has announced that David Stewart is returning to the company as Vice President of Sales.
Stewart brings more than 22 years of experience in sales and retail operations to this position. He will lead all sales efforts for BDI, overseeing account management, supporting product development and participating in the strategic direction of the company as part of the executive team.
Most recently, Stewart served as Vice President of Sales for Uniters, where he led the company’s sales team. He was previously with BDI for 3.5 years and also served as VP of Sales and Operations for North America for W. Schillig.

Stewart earned his bachelor’s degree in Wood Products from Penn State University in State College, Pa.
