The annual award recognizes the BDI sales representative or team who achieves the highest level of growth over their projected budget within their territories, while maintaining the highest level of service and integrity – a personal quality that exemplifies BDI’s core values.
The winners are selected by members of BDI’s sales management, customer service, and marketing teams.

Both based in the greater San Francisco area, Barry has represented BDI for almost a decade, and Natalie has been a brand ambassador for almost four years. The two were recognized by BDI during the High Point Spring Market.
