Code Media + Storage Console Newest Design in Hidden Sound Series
CHANTILLY, VA — April 2019 — Bringing striking design together with media-centric features, BDI debuts its latest design in hidden sound media cabinets – the new Code Media + Storage Console. Code will premier during the Spring 2019 High Point Market.
Designed by Al Glass and Matthew Weatherly, Code is available in two sizes (Model 7376 measures 30.75”H x 61.25”W x 18”D and Model 7379 measures 30.75”H x 79.5”W x 18”D) as well as two finishes, Ebonized Ash and Toasted Walnut. The design is distinguished by its solid hardwood slatted doors, which beautifully conceal contents inside while providing natural ventilation, remote control access and full sound dispersion.
Inside, the console features adjustable shelves to allow space for a variety of media components. A wide center section hosts an ideal platform for a soundbar up to 38”W. Two smaller side compartments create an ideal space for storage of components, media accessories or other items. Both models include integrated cable management features, which keeps cords bundled and in place. Model 7379 also incorporates removable back panels to allow for easy access to the rear of components – making set up a breeze.
