This April, BDI announces its new collaboration with designer Alyssa Coletti, who introduces the Radius Tables and Radius Console collection. Other introductions include a new modular shelving design, new media cabinets designed for hidden sound, and the introduction of a new Drift Oak finish.

CORRIDOR SV

Designer: Matthew Weatherly

The award-winning Corridor collection introduces a slimmer profile with Corridor SV, whose elegantly slender design delivers big on features. This attractive credenza, which boasts the collection's signature louvered doors, looks beautiful in a foyer, dining area, or anywhere that additional storage is needed. Corridor SV also features a soundbar platform, acoustically transparent and remote-friendly doors, adjustable shelves, flow-through ventilation and cable management, making it suitable for light AV use.

KITE SHELF

Designer: Matthew Weatherly

Whether home to a complete library or displaying a lifetime’s treasures, the Kite Shelf is a welcome addition to any living room or office. The generously-sized shelf is perfect alone, but creates a dramatic wall system when used in multiples. The shelf is designed with special supports to create up to a six-tier structure. The shelves are available in Charcoal Stained Ash, Chocolate Stained Walnut, Toasted Walnut and Satin White finishes, and the frames are available in Black or Satin White finishes, offering customized looks for any space.

Octave

Designers: Jeff Bare and Matthew Weatherly

Octave was engineered to offer the features and functionality expected of today’s home entertainment systems, while boasting a beautiful, clean mid-century modern aesthetic. Available in a three-compartment or four-compartment cabinet, Octave comes in a Charcoal Stained Ash finish, or BDI’s new finish: Toasted Walnut. The cabinets are offset by soft grey perforated steel doors, which allow sound and IR signals to easily pass through, while components remain hidden. Other features include hidden wheels, adjustable shelves, flow-through ventilation and wire management.

Olis

Designer: Louis A. Lara

Perfectly partnering with a curved TV, Olis is the ideal platform for a large screen and a host of components. The cabinet includes a full width soundbar shelf, and the louvered doors not only provide a beautiful design aesthetic, but also allow for full sound dispersion while keeping electronics cool and remote control-accessible. Removable back panels provide easy access to the rear of components, and integrated ventilation allows heat to escape. With its gently curved profile, Olis is striking when used flat against a wall, but can also nestle neatly in a corner.

RADIUS CONSOLE

Designer: Alyssa Coletti

With elegant curved details and a wealth of storage, the Radius Console makes a beautiful storage credenza or home to a complete media center. The open center shelf is suitable for use with a soundbar speaker up to 38” wide. Coordinated with the aesthetic of the Radius Tables, the Radius Console features gently rounded corners and an indented top platform. Two side compartment doors flank the center open shelf, and feature adjustable shelves inside as well as a unique curved upper corner on the doors to aid in opening/closing with no additional hardware needed. Radius is available in the new Drift Oak and Toasted Walnut finishes.

RADIUS TABLES

Designer: Alyssa Coletti

The Radius Tables are a versatile collection of occasional tables from BDI that can be arranged in endless configurations to create table groupings of any size. Radius Tables are fully configurable to meet the needs of a variety of seating options, creating custom table solutions for any space. Options include a Square Coffee Table, a Rectangle Coffee Table, a Rectangle End Table and a Round End Table in various wood, glass and ceramic finishes and leg heights.
